Problems creating listings...

For the last 3 days, I can't create any listings. Neither from scratch, nor "relist" or "sell similar" will work.

It keeps creating drafts, but freezes up after the first step. I chatted with Ebay tech support, they said they're working on it. Yesterday I talked to them on the phone, was told they're aware of the "glitch", and it may take time to fix. Upon asking how long, I was told " maybe 5 days". Mind blown.

Just wondering how many people are affected by this? It can't possibly be nationwide, as they told me???

Anybody have any input???

What browser are you using? Is it the latest version?

Any difference if you try another browser, preferably without any add-ons?

Safari, and yes....  Ebay People I spoke with said they're aware of the glitch, and "don't do anything on your end"...   Other than rolling my eyes, I suppose....

"Don't do anything on your end" might mean don't bother changing settings in Safari if that is unlikely to help things and might make things harder for you later.

But I would definitely consider trying to create a listing using Chrome instead of Safari to see if that works any better for you.
