Problem with paying for 3rd party app

Is anyone else having problems paying for any of the third party apps you use.  I use Auctane for shipping and cannot get into my auctane account via ebay to make payment.  It is a bug in ebay's system  This has been going on for 2 weeks and ebay is slow to do anything and auctane said that ebay told them it is fixed.  No matter who i speak to at ebay or how many times i call I cant get anything resolved.  any suggestions.

No t exactly that but when I click on a page it says that it could not load it and try later, something like that, and every page seems to take forever to load.

That is exactly the message i get

"Some of your information is not available at this time. Please try again later."

It's frustrating, I do not have enough time a lot of time to list my items and I have to deal with this now.
