i have a problem with my late shipping rate.
it increases drastically. I had change my handing time to 2 days handing time since a month ago and sending all items after the buyer paid the next day ( this was a strategy to decrease my late shipping rate ) but now I have 6.41 late shipping rate, I’ve been sending all my items the next day after the buyer pays and scanning all my items at the post office to make sure they go on time.
I had put a lot of work to know see that my rate increase drastically. Can you guys please check my seller dashboard and see if this might be a glitch too. I will really appreciate it.
