Has anyone else had this problem?
I have been calling help desk for over 3 months, and they can't or haven't fix it yet.
1) This is the problem: When searching for my store it cannot be found the way my store is written.
Example, my store name is written like this: Store Name
Can only be found like this: StoreName
So as I want to start printing new cards for my costumers I can't because they will not find my store.
2) The store description next to my store when searched and found (this way: StoreName) is Incorrect.
It is an old one.
I stopped selling for a long time and when I decided to sell again different items.
I have tried with different agents to Change/Revert& Publish, nothing has worked.
I have talked to 9 different Agents, all have been very nice, I have even talked to a Supervisor and have been put at high priority for this problem.
Till today nothing has happened. After today's call I was told I would get a call back today to let me know what the status was. No Call.
Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this?
Is there a way to get in touch with IT directly?
Am I getting the run around by the agents?
