Printing shipping labels

The printer will not print the label unless I turn off the printer and then turn it on again. Its not the printer, order details page and other non ebay stuff prints just fine. Sometimes the label will print at least 5 minutes later after creating it.

What OS, browser, and printer model are you using?

Is you browser set to open PDF files with Adobe?

The printer is an HP  olders model, the OS is Windows 11, I can open Adobe  files. I have printed hundreds of labels using all the same OS, printer etc. This is a new thing-nothing has changed

Does the label preview open correctly and quickly?

Is the preview an Adobe window?

Have you checked the spooling options for the printer?  Set to start printing immediately and not wait for spooling.

What browser are you using?
