Printing a listing

I am having problems printing a listing. My printer is fine and I can print out things on other sites. The HP  technician said that eBay is restricting printing. Why??

Why would you want to print a listing? 

If you need to save a copy, why not save it as a PDF?

I do not want to save it - just need to print it

ebay no want you to have proof of anything it seems.... Not printer friendly fer sure.
