Printing Order Confirmations

Does anybody have problems printing order confirmations? I have been doing it for years, but all of a sudden, they only print out in landscape format. It is cumbersome, and the type is so small, it's hard to read. All my default settings are to "portrait", but they still come out in landscape. Is it me, or is it the new eBay page?

I have seen other complaints recently about this (search the board not sure if there was an answer) 

I printed some the other day but had no problems so maybe a certain browser issue?

OK can you explain your exact steps , I'm on chrome browser on a PC and I can try and reproduce error

Having the same problem here. I go to Order Details in my Seller Hub - Orders and when I print in Printer Friendly the page will only print in Landscape mode, not Portrait but the biggest problem is that the printing is VERY tiny, almost too small to read. I use this form to complete my shipping address so this is a major problem, trying to read this small print.

 I am using win10 and Chrome and also same thing in MS Edge. Tried printing with my IPad using AirPrint, will print in Portrait mode but still very small printing. Please fix!

Hi, thanks for your response. Here's what I do (like I've always done before):

- Go to "My eBay Sold"

- View Order Details

- Printer Friendly Page

- Hit print icon ( or right click,  print - same result)

Funny thing I just noticed. When I hit the print icon, the box comes up, and for a brief milli-second, I can see the box with the word "Portrait", but it quickly disappears under the words "Other settings", and is no longer available. Weird.

I just noticed this too and the price info not longer shows up. It has a second page attached but no use printing that as it is blank. Hard to use this function to print invoices as a buyer when no price, tax or shipping  info shows up. Ebay please fix!

I have the same issue. It almost looks as if Ebay changed the format of the order details page so when you try to print it out it automatically goes to landscape printing. The dialog for portrait/landscape selection only displays for a fraction of a second and disappears. Does anyone from Ebay tech support even look at this forum?? Not trying to be sarcastic just wondering if there is a better place to get this rectified.

It only allows printing in landscape. You cannot change to portrait printing.

As a buyer, I have the same Problem Printing EBAY Order Confirmations since early Nov 2021 which is stuck in landscape mode regardless of which printer is selected and the font size used is extremely small and very hard to read compared to previous orders  printed before 1 November 2021.  I have been unable to find a way to correct this problem or notify Ebay that they have a problem.  Ebay appears to have No way to notify them of problems with their web site functionality.

I have the same problem and use your same steps to print the order details. Using Microsoft Edge, the printer friendly page is stuck in landscape mode with TINY type. With Firefox, I can get portrait mode, but the type is even SMALLER and almost unreadable. I have tried notifying Ebay through several of their "Comments" links on various pages, but so far no response. I was hoping an Ebay technician was monitoring this Community Info page and would get this fix in the queue. It needs attention ASAP!

I've had the exact same problem.  It's been over a week for me.  It looks horrible! When you can actually read it, that is.

I have tried Edge and Firefox - nothing works. And now I see that when you go to Items Sold, the only option now is Payment Details, no longer Order Details. What do you send to the buyer?

Go to your actual listing page to find the "order details". I managed to get it to print correctly tonight by ignoring the print icon in the upper right of the printer-friendly pop-up, and using the Firefox "File" > "Print" instead. Seems like this should be an easy fix for Ebay. No telling why it's taking so long...
