Pricing is in wrong arrangement

I have an iPad Air. The pricing in my sales display is backwards.
EX: $250.25 will display as 25,025$ Twenty five thousand (decimal comma)  with the dollar sign at the end. I can’t fix this on all my sale items. It will also display incorrectly in my store. Apparently my buyer sees the correct price and is charged correctly in the final sale. 
So, if I want to adjust/counter or revise a price on the backend of my sales item, ebay displays a pop-up to me telling me I can’t post that price.—same on my counter  keypad, I only have decimal comma and no decimal point

How do I fix this? Is anyone having this problem?

What browser are you using? Does the same issue occur in other browsers?

You may have used a nonstandard language setting in your browser or in your system somewhere.

I am currently on SAFARI...I will try the other browser...it seemed to have happen after an apple system update from OS 14.1. but soon there was a quick updated patch to OS 14.2 — with no change with this problem. I don’t know if its ebay or my system software. This only happens on eBay.
I will check the language setting.

Definitely a european format.
