Pre-owned Clothing Conditions

The new pre-loved clothing conditions rolled out to my account, along with a million and one bugs. My account is broken on every angle. I cannot list, cannot update, cannot do ANYTHING. WHY CAN'T EBAY LEAVE THINGS ALONE. Not one sale today, buyers can't pay. FIX IT EBAY!!!!

and their customer service hasnt responded for 15 hours and now their server crashed. This update has cost me thousands of dollars in lost sales. ebay **bleep** sucks!

I could not agree more. Everything is still completely screwed up. Nothing on my account is working correctly and sales have vanished for the last 48 hours. I cannot reach anyone (the contact us is a never ending loop) and even if I could it’s someone overseas who has no clue what they are talking about. These updates and AI running the site have absolutely destroyed eBay. I had a customer contact me for a specific item they could not find so I sent them the item number, still couldn’t find it even with searching the item number. So I took it down and re-listed and then they found it. Whatever they did on Wednesday was mass destruction.
