Postage label glitch

Hi. I listed two items a person was bidding on. They won one.
They were able to generate a postage label in the other item, they had not won this. This action over rode the label the buyer had purchased when digital label generated. 
Refunded buyer. 
Proof of delivery of item.

Buyers don't generate or purchase shipping labels .... sellers do. That plus everything else makes this post confusing as heck
