For a good few days the ebay postage system has not worked as intended
I ship between 80 and 150 items a day - a lot of them are Letter Post and below 99grams.
I am moving towards 2nd Class for most of my listings
The problem is....when I am ready to purchase labels I select all and then click Purchase Postage Labels
and then usually just roll through them and look for any that hasn't got the right weight or size on and modify as required.
Now, though, I get an error message when trying to select Letter Post and enter 99grms.
The error is suggests that I need to go into the next weight band - which I don't
The ONLY way round this currently is to purchase labels one by one and is a complete nightmare
Sorry if there is another discussion about this somewhere - the only one I saw outlined a brief problem but now closed as it was all resolved.
Come on eBay - we need things unning smoothly for the next few weeks!
