Postage Label purchase and printing error?

Attempting to purchase purchase labels this morning via eBay and continually receive an error "warning" or check browser (using Chrome).  Is anyone else having issues purchasing postage this morning?

According to eBay, they have site issues among the issues , shipping, pic's and several more. No estimate time to fix issues. Note, they have added several new features to the listing forms (item specifics) in certain categories but not all categories.   This very often happens when  they make a change in one area and it affect other areas in unrelated places.   Hope they get it fixes asap . If you recall last year around this time they lost thousands of URL's.

if ebay would leave **bleep** alone we wouldn't have all the issues we are having now. thanks to ebay LATE shipments all over.
