New seller here.
I have selected courier (sendle) as the only option to mail out orders.
As customer has selected the regular sendle service and given a PO Box as their address.
On my end, I have no sendle postage options, it shows the one that the buyer selected as greyed out and not selectable, as sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Contacted the buyer, received a street address. Updated the delivery address on the order, can select the sendle option fine now, but when I proceed to purchase the label I get -
"Something went wrong and we weren't able to generate the label"
Contacting ebay support I am told the only way to resolve this issue is to
1, cancel the order and get the buyer to buy it again.
2, Use Auspost, which we don't, and clearly marked as such when listing the item.
Doesn't seem that bad for just one order...but can ebay really not figure out how to stop this bug from happening over and over? Anyone out there in the community with some hints for me?

Our shipping options are different here on the .com site . I suggest posting your query on the AU community.
community.ebay.com.au
Here on .com we can set up a shipping exclusion to block PO Boxes.

Thankyou wastingtime.
I'll post there, and look into shipping exclusions.
