Possible bug on Seller Hub

For the past few days the 'Awaiting Shipment' is off by 2 on the seller hub main page.  When I go into the detail the listing of orders awaiting shipment is always 2 less than on the main page.  When I've shipped all orders it will still show 2 on the main page.

Mine is off by 12 and keeps growing. Has been going on for months. Ebay help says they are aware and working on a fix. I don't believe them. Does anyone know how to reset to zero?

If they say they are aware of it, they probably are. It's just in a queue behind a bazillion other problems and glitches they're currently trying to fix.
