We are unable to search our clients that are listed under Custom (SKU). We beg you to put
this heading somewhere in our active listings. We can't operate without it. We are
sure that others are having the same issue with this as well....Also, please, please do
not make changes to the site without communicating to your sellers first!!!!

When you post a message or suggestion here, you're addressing a very large group of eBay buyers and sellers, not eBay itself.
We are not able to make changes in listings. I don't know what "changes to the site" you are referring to, but most big changes ARE announced beforehand in the "Announcements" section at the bottom of any eBay page and the announcement is usually well in advance of the actual change.

You are not talking to eBay so we can not help with something like you are asking. We are buyer and sellers. Please explain why the need for SKU?

On our active listings page there is a column "Custom (SKU)". We have used this section
to list our clients name that we are selling for and / or the price we paid for the item we are selling.
When a client asks us how their listings are doing or questions should we lower the price, we just
search by the clients name in the Custom (SkU). Bingo all of their items listed come up.
Easy peasy....When you are dealing with close to 800 listings there is not time to search
out each listing. We apologize for posting on this board, we assumed that someone in Tech
Support would see it....Thanks
