Working on ebay 8-12 hours a day one get in a routine in order to keep things moving...in the last month or so I have noticed on the internal buyer's order when you hit the middle drop down box to either leave feedback, refund, relist., etc that the positions shift on the order of options to chose..example "Feedback" USED to be at the top, and still shows it there sometimes, other times it has moved down to near the bottom...how can this be? Consistent it is NOT., which also makes me question what else maybe changes alternately and why. I ask as one get into a rhythm processing orders and when something changes such as this it screws up the rhythm and has potential to cause mistakes., Consistency is what one expects and makes things run smoothly...
