Picture won't magnify

Hi, The picture I posted won't magnify when scrolling over it. I uploaded it from my cell phone. Is this why?  Or is something else going on?  Many thanks!

Pictures are too small to zoom, you need to make them much bigger for the zoom to kick in.

What do you mean by make them bigger?  Save them in a larger format?  I haven't done anything different to my phone, so i'm not sure how to do that.  They used to magnify.  Thank you!

The doll you just put up has a 1600 x 1200 image and zooms

The lot you put up before that has images that are 500 x 375 and won't zoom because they are the minimum size. If eBay tried to zoom them they would be blurry and next to useless.
