it may be a bug try to clear the app cache and retry again 

or just log out and log in again if it didnt work try re installing the app

Same for me too on android.  Tried a bunch and nothing has fixed it yet.

Same here.  3rd time since March this has happened. Not my devices. Definitely yet another eBay technical issue. . Wish they'd leave the app alone. It's now over complicated has tools that don't work & hard to navigate I'm losing ding traffic because of these constant issues.  I'm on Samsung IOS16

This is a known technical issue. Reoccurring since Feb 2025. No amount of clearing cache & uninstall/ reinstall works. It's a software issue

Same here Samsung S21 & Tab S6.  Not even working on daughters iPhone 16 . The more they mess's with the app the worse it gers. Constant reoccurring technical issues since the start of the year. Wish they'd just leave it as it was & stop introducing complicated navigation. The upgrades are unwanted by sellers. We all lose traffic & sales when this happens yet are never compensated

At least some folks seem to be having good results by clearing app cache and data, at least according to this recent Reddit thread:

If that is not working for you, make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app for your operating system, or try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the app. The restart in between should ensure a clean install if a previous installation not finishing cleanly prevented recent updates.
