Photos not working! Again!

Cannot upload photos and now the listing is active, grr. This is a constant issue with eBay.

Customer services are useless.

It's a known tech issue affecting both app and web today; eBay is working on it. There is a site wide ticket open under ALERT15947

Things like this typically get high priority so hopefully we'll see a fix today.
