Photos Disappearing

I create 6 to 10 new Drafts once or twice a month and then List them 1 or 2 at a time two or three times a week to keep our list active.  Lately, when I try to list a draft, some or all of the photos have disappeared. All I get is the icon for a photo. This is a royal pain because I have to go back and find my photos and reload them. At first, it was only one or two drafts - now it is happening a lot.  It seems to be more likely to happen if a draft is more than a couple weeks old. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions? Thanks.

I've had that happen as well. I finally started naming my file photo's and grouping them to go with the storage tote number I assigned to them. Plus I write down everything in a notebook when I write out descriptions, measured, etc with tote number at the top of each page. I just have to remember to load the photo's for each tote I finish and delete them off my phone after loading onto my laptop, so they don't all end up loading into the same folder if I move on to another tote. I try to first take a pic of the label before I start taking pictures, because I've also found myself putting the tote away and then forgetting which one I just did. lol.. Sorry no other thing I can advise on the disappearing pics from the drafts. It's annoying!

Hi. Another seller got back to me on another discussion board. She was having the same problem. She said photos will disappear after about 10 days and drafts will disappear after about 30 (even though eBay says they keep drafts for 45). Her solution is to edit her drafts once a week. I'm going to start doing that. A pain - but better than re-loading photos!

Haven't heard back from tech support. ;(

I don't normally use drafts as any work could be lost. However while listing a draft was created that I had not gotten around to delete. I checked it and the images were gone. I have a store and use the inventory section as these items are not subject to deletion like drafts. It looked like my items in the inventory had their images but I did not check every thing. I pulled up the old selling page as it will give you a selling reminder if your listings need more pictures. and it does not look like any of my active listings are missing images. When the draft that was missing images was created I was using chrome. However I doubt this is a browser related issue. I also checked the draft using edge and there was no difference and the images were still missing.
