When I try to add photos to my listings, I'm randomly getting error messages saying the photo needs to be in a certain file format. I'm using one of those file formats and have even saved the photos in a different, accepted file format with no success. I've tried using Chrome, Firefox, Edge. I've used a Mac and PC. I randomly get this error message but once I get it, it seems to not go away for a while. If I wait days, it MIGHT start working again. I previously called CS and was told there was probably something wrong with the draft I was using. I created a new one and it worked. But I shouldn't have to do that and it hasn't always worked. I've checked to ensure my photos are the right size, etc. as well. I've even tried uploading a photo from a current listing and get the error message. My listings will not sell without photos of "condition". Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions?
