My Samsung Galaxy 7 use to make a cash register sold sound when an item sold, I received payment,  or an item received an offer. Now I get no notification on my phone. I have checked my Ebay notification settings. Any other suggestions?

Hi - I have a Galaxy Note 9, so am not sure if this will work on a 7, but here's what I did.  Firstly, when I upgraded to the current app the cash register sound didn't appear to even be an option any longer.  But, here's what I did to get notifications coming in: 

• Go to your app and you'll see 3 little bars at the top left of "EBAY".  Click that.
• Scroll all the way down to Settings.  Click that.
• Then click "Notifications".   Scroll down to "Selling Notifications" and check what you want to be notified about.
• Then scroll down more to "Customize Sounds".    Right below that is "Order Updates".  Click that.
•  Scroll down to "Sound".  That will bring up all your choices.  Click the one you want.
