I also am having Technical Issues with the Performance Traffic & Impressions pages not updating past certin dates. In my case April 18th.

This needs fixed.

Less changes to the front end and more sability on the tools please ebay.

I have seen other posts on this topic. Seems that quite a few sellers have posted that data is stuck on Apr 18th. Any information as to what is going on?

I too am stuck at April 18th. I am not a bulk seller so I really find these stats helpful and am totally bummed out this keeps happening. Last time I noticed I was stuck on April 1st for like 2 weeks and ended up calling customer support (can't call tech directly) to put in a tech request for me. I don't know if they paid attention to it or if the system just updated automatically, but a few days later the impression/traffic stats updated to like April 10th. I think I called again and am now stuck on April 18th (this was my last update since account review on the 20th). I was going to call again but at this point I am just tossing my hands up in the air. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect some type of data I can use to help me since I purchased a store subscription. I don't understand why they don't send out an announcement on what is going on because I know it is just not me. I don't like walking around in the dark.

There is a Technical Issues board, maybe try there? The spring update seems to be messing a lot of stuff up. People stuck on the wrong day, saved searches not working, etc.

I called CS this morning about the traffic report being stuck on Apr 18th. They were not able to give me an answer while I was on the phone, however, I did get this email from eBay a few minutes ago:

Traffic sales SR# 1-157861144806

Hello Kim,

First, I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, however, the turnaround timeframe for the traffic report to be updated is May 22nd. I have submitted the information concerning your account and we trying to resolve this as quickly as possible. Please bare with us in the time frame given while resolve this issue. So, to me it looks like anyone having this issue needs to call eBay.

I am also stuck on 4/18/18. I've heard a lot of buzz about sells being down dramatically (including my own) across the board starting around 4/26/18. I went to check my traffic this afternoon, trying to see if my impressions were down and maybe that's why my sales have almost completely dried up.

Is anyone else here having issues with their sales taking a nose dive around 4/26/18 - present? If so, are you also unable to see your most recent performance impressions? Could there be a correlation maybe??

Thanks for the heads up. I've been putting off calling because I couldn't figure out if the last update I got was due to my call or just an automatic update ; at least you got an e-mail response ~ I got nothing. I will definitely put in a call. Thank you so much again for the info.

There could be a correlation between low sales and the impression and traffic reporting issues. I don't know for sure, however, I think that if Cassini is using the data in our current traffic report (stuck on Apr 18th), the placement of our items in search results may be lower, resulting in slower sales.

May I suggest that you call CS (Selling Team) and open a ticket to have your account updated, as I did. Maybe if enough sellers call in, eBay will realize that this issue is is not about just one seller, but a larger, more widespread issue.

I hope that your sells pick up.
