Either getting an error and page would time out but now getting a default "You've been successfully migrated to managed payments" landing age. I've been on Mgd Pmts for a year now.

All showing green on the system status page at the moment so not sure if this is new as of right now and/or not affecting all managed payments users.

Same here. I get the same out of date "You've been successfully migrated to managed payments" instead of reporting how much money eBay is holding from goods I have sold and shipped.

I attempted to contact ebay. Customer Support indicated yesterday I would receive a callback "within 2 minutes". It never happened.

Right before the Payments page went down eBay started reporting bizarrely wrong numbers. When I cancelled a sale it showed a total of $97,000 when the real number was about $3,000. This is very alarming. I did get a response from eBay CS on the phone on that wild number, I was told not to worry about "little things" and that it was a small error that they saw no reason to respond to.

Interesting to say the least. Crazy it is. Seems every one will be needing to check their account.
