We are a business seller. We have now had several customers bring to our attention that our customers cannot make payment for our items when checking out. After several hours of conversations with both eBay and Paypal neither side are taking responsibilty for the problem nor does it seem they are making any effort to resolve the matter.
The occasional sale seems to be slipping through the net and completing the checkout, which makes it even harder to try and explain to eBay or Paypal that the problem is still occuring. We even called the handful of customers able to purchase goods and they still confirmed that the whole checkout process was disimilar to the normal process and took alot of time/effort to make the payment.
We have no idea how long this glitch is either system is going to last but is is about time eBay or Paypal took responsibility for it and resolved the matter before losing custom. Absolute nightmare.
