I find it hard to believe that you are not given the opportunity to leave additional feedback on a purchased item that stopped working after you left the original feedback.
I think that a buyer should be able to complain about a product after it stop functioning even if the product was purchase two to three months ago. Who wants to spend their hard-earned money on a product that doesn't lives up to expectation, even a refurbished product?
