Pages aren't working

When ever I am on the Google chrome browser on my phone and I click an item and then click any link or buttons besides sell an item and log in it comes up with 

This site can’t be reached

Check if there is a typo in mwvi.vip.ebay.com.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

But I don't know why it's adding mwvi.vip and trying to take me to .com?

I have tried everything I can think of, deleted all updated to Google and reupdated, cleared all files and cache but nothin I have tried solves this so I am turning to the forums.

Just tried on a different browser and it still doesn't load, keeps trying to take me to mwvi.ebay for some reason
