PHOTOS NOT UPLOADING

Another EBAY Glitch, Photos are nit uploading today, green wheel just spins endlessly. Can't work on this site if I can't load photos. anyone else having this issue today?

I was having the same issue.  I switched to the new lister (upper right hand corner of the lsiting page) and it allowed me to finally upload.
