PAYPAL NOT WORKING

The blue endlessly spinning wheel is happening to me, I can only check out with a debt card... and the reps at paypal and ebay are no help... ive done ALL the work arounds posts around the internet and nothing works

Looks like eBay made some changes/updates again, which resulted in things not working correctly ..... a common theme.

 I called ebay 9 times in the past few days, Paypal 5 times and each one is blaming the other. Paypal checked my account and there are no issues, cleared cookies, called the banks, no problems whatsoever. All of a sudden 5 nights ago I went to checkout using the same debit card I've been using for 11 years and it said cant complete transaction, use another pay method,, well I did, i tried 4 other credit cards and nothing will work. I am beyond angry and frustrated that I cant get a straight answer from ebay on what is going on.

I have been blocked from paying with Paypal for two days.  My Paypal account works fine EVERYWHERE except at Ebay.

I am having the same issue. I have a prepaid visa card added to my paypal wallet that I'm trying to buy an EBAY gift card with so I can buy an item and split it between cards because the item is more than my pre-paid card....but no, can't get ebay and paypal to work right now. jsut fails

Your problem is different from the OP's.

Payments cannot be split between multiple debit / credit / prepaid cards and/or bank accounts.

If the prepaid card doesn't have enough, then your paypal balance or paypal funding source would be used to fill the rest. No Paypal balance?
