Once again my payout failed this is really horrible. I went through this on December 2 is this going to happen every 45 days?

I have "Will Retry" for payments all on 02/16/21 THROUGH 02/19/2021. All for different amounts all four days, failed while some were "Processed". But I have not received money since the 02/12/2021.
