I have tried several times to pay for an item both with paypal, prepaid card and google pay but I always get "Please check your payment details or use a different payment option" it is impossible that I do not have money in the card because I have more than I owe, what should I do? it's frustrating...

Does your seller ship to Italy? If not, your seller may not be set up to receive your payment.

Are you buying on ebay.com or ebay.it?

Sometimes trying to complete the purchase on another site can be helpful -- I sometimes recommend to try to make a purchase on ebay.ca if a user is experiencing problems on ebay.com.

Has the seller actually accepted payment from Italy before?

Purchasing problems can be caused by problems on the buyer's end, on the seller's end, or on eBay's end. Problems are more likely when either of the parties is inexperienced -- particularly the seller -- or if buyer and seller are located or registered in different countries.

If other similar purchases have gone through lately for you, I would suspect the problem is on the seller's end, or else is related to your location.

I did with ebay.it, I tried failing both the .com and .ca,thank you for the help, as I contact him I will let you know

I solved, about, with the card directly it did not work but luckily with paypal it now worked thanks!
