I have noticed over the last 3 weeks or so that the Order Receipt no longer shows payment method. It just has dashes under it. Usually it would show credit card, paypal, etc. This is an important piece of information which I have only been able to find on this customized form. Does it now show somewhere else? The reason I ask is that every insurance claim I have had with USPS requires in writing something from ebay that shows the payment method. Telling them managed payments does not work. They will deny the claim without this information. I would appreciate you looking into this and seeing if this is a technical issue or if this information has been deleted for some reason. Thank you

Do either of you have any information on this? I would like to know where I can now find in writing how the buyer paid for an item. Thank you

I've seen buyer's paymt method on ebay website. I saw it on just one of the slew of versions of the Leave Feedback pages. Using desktop platform.
I was briefly excited to see your post. Even though it has been removed, it was promising it had existed SOMEWHERE.
I have been sending frequent feedback through the various "Tell Us What You Think" links, asking for that detail be added on several other Seller Hub page displays. Top suggestions for adding this detail, IMO,
1. Transaction details in Payments area.
2. Order details in Orders
3. On Packing slip in Buy delivery for labels
What opinions does anyone else have?
I can walk you through the specific flow to only page i see the payment displayed, if you want.
What really REALLY stinks is, I am only able to view it BEFORE I've left feedback for buyer. Once i do, it is lost out in the aether.

Appreciate your insight. It no longer shows there for me, even before feedback has been left. I've contacted ebay thru social media plus messaging, but they all say they will send it to technical support. No progress has been made. I am hoping Devon, Elizabeth or Velvet will respond to this but no one has so far. It's frustrating especially going into the holiday season when more package issues typically arise.
