Optional Item Specifics missing until items are listed

Running into a weird issue that has been happening for roughly a week. When listing an item, only the required specifics and specifics that were auto-filled from the title are showing up. See below for an example.

A less-than-ideal workaround seems to be listing the items and then revising them. See below a screenshot of the revise item page. Is anyone else running into this or is it a known issue? We really like to fill out as much, if not all of the options specifics as it seems to make our items easier to find.

Are you using the quick listing tool? On the top right of the page do you see an option to switch to the unified listing tool?

Yep! I had this happen to me today, also.  It's a big PITA especially because even an edit "after" listing will disappear when it goes 30 days and relists. 

FWIW the photo editing tool isn't working either. I posted about it on the Tech board a few days ago.

Bump still running into this. It's really slowing us down.

Add me to the list; and after watching part of a video yesterday where the guy explained how the SEARCH algorithm works (he spoke to the developer), those item specifics are WAY more important than I was aware if I want my items to show up in the search.

Only things I see are a Question mark inside a circle and 3 vertical dots. When clicked the dots I see Settings, Your feedback, Latest update. If I click Settings, the only thing I can change is whether or not to use Variations. 

I got to the listing page from the Sellers Hub by clicking "Create Listing" and then clicking "Single listing" from the 3 dropdown options. There is nothing in the upper right corner of the Item Specifics section like there is in other sections.

I replicated this issue yesterday using the unified lister. I posted my results and tagged an eBay rep for assistance on this thread if you want to see his response:

I am also having the same issues. eBay Motors using listing templates. No Manufacture Part Number shows up until after I list the item and then revise. Really slows the listing process down.

Thanks, but you keep mentioning "unified lister".

How do we know if we're using that? I replied to you with what I see (and don't see) yesterday, and it doesn't say unified or quick. Are you talking about on the app or a desktop? I'm on a desktop.

Wait, I see your screenshot. What page are we supposed to see the "switch to business tool" on?

I don't see it anywhere and didn't change anything, but I've learned that doesn't matter at all. Did they opt me into or out of something again without even telling me?

This is from a draft I started yesterday. Top of the page doesn't say anything about unified or quick (even if I click the 3 dots).

You're using the (awful) unified listing tool @ltldpr . If you were using the quick tool you'd see that link on the upper right to switch to the business (unified) tool from my screenshot above.
