Ordered two GPUs and a motherboard from a Japanese seller July 1st (7/1/2023). Seller was banned the day after (items were never shipped). Estimated delivery dates on all 3 items are July 11th - July 14th. "I didn't receive it" option unavailable in Purchase History. Contact Us > Select Item > Get help with an item that hasn't arrived produces an error.

Edit: the app also doesn't have the I didn't receive it" option.

Ah I see how the workaround works now.
In the app, burger menu icon > Help (at the bottom) > Select Item > Get help with an item that hasn't arrived.
Works for me, yay.

Ask them to add your account to ALERT14812 (that's the tech ticket number for this problem) and they can also assist you with filing the claim.
