In the last week alone:
Tracking numbers are not showing even though i have added them.
Buyer sends a message to say they can not purchase as i am on vacation which i am not.
Buyer sends a message saying they can not add items to basket, so therefore can not purchase.
Buyer sends a message saying they can not combine auction items with buy it now so as to combine shipping.
Obviously, i contacted ebay about each of these and got the usual canned response. Followed up on each response with more formal complaints and .... useless responses as to be expected.
When a buying process is not smooth and error free, buyers will simply look elsewhere and that affects income. Ebay sends a half hearted apology through its customer service team but the technical issues keep popping up.
