I noticed there is a new interface. I normally pay my fees every few days and went in very early Saturday morning and saw the new interface. I entered my credit card information, hit done and get a error. It is Saturday afternoon now and it has still been down.

Found what was causing the problem.
The billing name ebay was using "my business name" was a bit different from my card name "personal name".
When I manually changed the name on the interface I could hit the done button and was able to make a payment. I probably did this long ago on the old interface and forgot about it. The billing address portion was the same so I just missed the name error.

I did not see anything there that I haven't already done.
I already have an automatic payment method. I just want to use my Paypal Debit Card as I always have. I have been using it to pay my fees for years...

Use the make one time payment button. For some reason it has been working when the one time payment directly from the account has not.
This bypass no longer works. I guess I will call the help desk and find out that ebay is probably blocking me from using a debit card. Who knows why this simple transaction does not work.

All I did was to fix the billing name which solved the problem.
