I have now been 3-4 months without receiving saved search emails. I've called and spoken to eBay Support, who acknowledged that there is an isssue but have been unable to identify a root cause (That was in August 2017). Past solutions of changing email frequency no longer apply as the new *improved* account communications configuration (Account/Communication Preferences/Buyer/Saved) only offers a per search setting of None or Real Time, and changing these does not seem to have had any impact, nor has deletion/recreation of searches. For me this is a painful impact as I have 82 searches I depend on for finding hard-to-find items, 72 of which are supposed to be emailing me. Other people have experienced similar issues, as reported anecdotally by Support, but searching here shows the last post for such a problem was in spring 2017 and appears to have been resolved (I certainy received search emails after that point FWIW)
