Offers now require payment when accepted

So here is my dilemma, I am trying to put in an offer on something and paypal credit has different terms, so right now there is 0% for 2 years if over $600, but if the offer is accepted and charged I have no way to select what terms I want to use.  I am at the point where i can not even submit an offer anymore.

A 'workaround' is to contact the seller (NOT make an offer) with the amount you'll pay for it. If the seller approves your price, the seller can send you an offer for that amount. Accept it and pay using PayPal. Good luck.
