My screen has not formatting properly since mid-day 3/09/20. Cannot contact customer support. Is there an issue with eBay?

Hi,
I have had the same problem. Have noticed little glitches for about 5 days or so. I was on the phone last p.m. with an eBay rep. for 2 hours. Could get my husband & my eBay phone app to work but no pictures & loading slow, same with our Ipad & the desktop got to the point where it wouldn't load at all. eBay rep had me go through a bunch of things, such as clear cache, try different browsers, etc. None helped. I'm not computer savvy but my teenage son is & said when using my desktop computer the website is only loading Html, there is no java script or CSS (I'm clueless to what this means but he isn't) last night it was loading infinitely. Slightly better today (was able to print shipping labels this a.m., couldn't last night but still not normal. ) Taking me for ever to load pages. The eBay rep told me last night that he was submitting a work order & that he would call me back today in the evening. I've been having very slow loading pages today & trouble messaging a customer whom I've accidentally given a refund to last night while trying to get the technical issues solved last p.m. Please let me know if you're seeing improvements? Thanks!

what browser and windows operating system are you using? ie. Firefox/XP

If the problem is occurring on multiple browsers on multiple devices, that might point to a network problem.
If you are able to use the iPad or phone to connect to another wifi network, and find that accessing your eBay account works better there, that would tend to confirm that your network is having problems.
At that point it might be worth considering rebooting some of your common network hardware such as a wifi router (if your desktop is also using that) or a cable modem if you have one.

I have been on the phone with support for two days (4 hours total). At first they tried to say it must be my internet. No problems on other sites including YouTube. Then used my phone's Hot Spot, still not resolved but they told me to call my Internet provided. It was my problem. Tonight they had me do the following, reset router, tried Chrome, Windows 10, Firefox. I get to the Seller Hub page but when I click on any other page, all formatting is html to the left. I have sent screen shots to them, still nothing.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
Thanks

I get to the Seller Hub page but when I click on any other page, all formatting is html to the left.
Not sure what page you are looking at, but do you see the same odd formatting if you are signed out of your account, or signed in to a completely different account (if you have one or can create a new one)?
I am wondering if there could be a problem associated with particular accounts. I suppose if you had an older landing page, or were using an old bookmark to a page that eBay no longer supported, that page might have some old links that might also be troublesome.
It might be worth going to the eBay site map page and seeing if you can reach other My eBay pages using the links there, and if so, do the pages have the correct format.

Thanks for the advise. Unfortunately, that didn't work. I pulled out an old computer and it works fine. Slow but fine. There must be something off in the coding on this computer. It's just crazy that one minute everything is great and the next, for no reason I can tell, it doesn't work on this particular computer.
Thanks again for the help. Much appreciated.

If the problem occurs in multiple browsers on the same machine, but not on another machine on the same network, that would tend to point to something on that computer that is preventing those browsers from rendering pages correctly. Likely candidates would be things like an antivirus suite (or possibly a virus), a custom firewall, or any add-ons or extensions that are common to the browsers you have tried.
I wonder if adware or malware of some sort could cause the problem you are describing. It might be worth scanning your computer for that sort of thing, if you have not already ruled that out.
