After hundreds of Paypal transaction payments and years of normal "Notification of Payment Received" emails coming into my Inbox from service@paypal.com, suddenly, after eBay's "Sale Confirmed" email shows in my Inbox, the customary "Notification of Payment Received" email from Paypal does not come.
Similarly, Paypal's usual "Receipt for your payment to eBay shipping" email that comes into my Inbox immediately after eBay's email stating "Your eBay label is ready" also is not coming.
In both cases, I checked my Paypal account and the buyer's payment and the eBay shipping label debit appear; it is just that I am not receiving the emails from Paypal confirming same.
I have tried for 24 hours via phone, text message on the site and email to get somebody at Paypal. No response from a live person whatsoever.
Can anyone shed light on this problem or where I should go next to complain?

same problem here, no paypal notifications of payments received , it started yesterday, also since weeks ago some notifications truncate the country of destination, and regarding Australia it truncates the tax paid line, using yahoo mail

@paps This is awful, sorry to hear you're having the same problem though relieved that I'm not alone. Two days ago I upgraded from Windows 8 to 10 though that shouldn't have anything to do with it as I receive other emails from paypal - just not the ones I noted. Still waiting for response from Paypal.

UPDATE: It took long chats through Paypal's Message Center that were non-productive but I persisted in getting a live agent and the matter was resolved, at least as to the two recent missing notifications. The agent re-sent them and they appeared in my Inbox. She also re-entered my account preference settings. There was no explanation given for the glitch. I hope the non-receipt of notifications doesn't become a regular thing for any of us.

I just found out that I sold something September 29TH! It is now NOVEMBER. I missed my shipping window by about 34 DAYS because I did not receive mobile notifications from eBay or PayPal, neither did I receive my usual email notifications from either company. I discovered the sale by accident, when looking something up to buy. I have been to eBay numerous times to buy and create/update listings in the window between Sept 29 and yesterday/today. WHAT HAPPENED????? My notification settings are unchanged, and all my other usual communications are coming through, invoice notifications, payments to eBay, eBay charity notifications, edit/improve/promote listing communications, etc...
