Notification Bug - Continuously Pops Up / Cannot be Deleted

Need some help with a bug I've encountered with notifications. I continuously get a notification that my counter offer was accepted, for an item that has now been sold, and cannot delete it or stop it from popping up, see attached picture below.

When I try deleting it from either the browser or mobile app, it comes right back, and it does nothing when I click on it. Also, disabling notifications in settings only stops legitimate notifications, but this notification keeps popping up on the screen.

Anyone else encounter this bug and/or found a workaround until it's fixed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Same glitch here. So annoying. Getting fed up with eBay. May close up shop and transfer my listings to Facebook marketplace

I spoke to them via chat 3 days ago regarding this. Apparently they are aware and "working on it"

I call **bleep** because it's an easy fix and should have been taken care of right away. No one is working on it.

It's an ebay issue, not a user issue.

Same issue on Win11 pc as well as Iphone. Been happening 2 weeks now...

I've wasted so much time trying to stop this now. It's so distracting popping up constantly when working on listings. Cleared cache on PC, reinstalled app on phone, switched browser etc. Google searched for solutions. NIGHTMARE!!!

Day 10 of this ridiculous issue. There's absolutely no way this is being worked on. They're obviously ignoring the issue hoping it'll just go away!

I have been dealing with this annoyance for over a week now. Not only is it annoying as f, I can't properly access my messages because the banner covers the page link up and even when the banner is NOT on the screen(just cleared it for the thousandth time) when I click on messages it thinks I clicked on the banner and refreshes my whole page. 

I spoke with technical support after spending my time speaking with regular chat support and they said someone  was working on it.... eight days ago! 

Who do I need to speak with that can fix this???

Considering this issue has been reported daily for over a week, finding someone at eBay who even cares is an improbability. The good ole canned, "they know about the problem and are working to fix it" line is about the best you can hope for at this point.

I'm having the same issue on my PC only and it doesn't matter which browser I use I still get the notification.

I'm having the same problem - it pops up on the screen of all of my devices, usually every 5 seconds. The exact same notification for a transaction that took place more than a week ago. 

I have changed browsers, cleared cookies and turned off notifications, so now I don't get notifications I may need but I still get this notice that someone accepted an offer.  Hope someone at ebay sees this and flips a switch to make this annoyance stop.
