Notification Bug - Continuously Pops Up / Cannot be Deleted

Need some help with a bug I've encountered with notifications. I continuously get a notification that my counter offer was accepted, for an item that has now been sold, and cannot delete it or stop it from popping up, see attached picture below.

When I try deleting it from either the browser or mobile app, it comes right back, and it does nothing when I click on it. Also, disabling notifications in settings only stops legitimate notifications, but this notification keeps popping up on the screen.

Anyone else encounter this bug and/or found a workaround until it's fixed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If the pop-up is still appearing, try restarting your browser. If that does not help, try clearing your browser cache, and possibly manually deleting just your eBay cookies, and restart your browser again.

Hopping in on the thread, our account is experiencing the same issue. It has been happening for a couple of weeks now. It started with one notification that wouldn't go away, now there are multiple. Very distracting.

The notification bug is still present on my account. The tech support mentioned, "The Product team reached out and wanted to thank you for bringing this to their attention and that it should be working better now." However, if the issue was only fixed for the original poster, why wasn't it resolved for all users? It doesn’t make sense to address it for just one person when many others are still facing the same problem. This needs to be fixed across the platform for everyone.

Hi Devon are your production team going to sort this issue out for everyone else experiencing the same problem or are we just going to get ignored, seriously considering pulling all listings closing shop and taking my business elsewhere

Still happening here, too.  Chatted with support over a week ago and again a couple days ago.  Got the same assurance that the Tech Team was on it each time, but now it would be escalated ...

It's gotten worse actually. Now I have items saying I need to ship them that have already been shipped as well. When I click on it, it also confirms I have nothing new to ship.
