Notification Bug - Continuously Pops Up / Cannot be Deleted

Need some help with a bug I've encountered with notifications. I continuously get a notification that my counter offer was accepted, for an item that has now been sold, and cannot delete it or stop it from popping up, see attached picture below.

When I try deleting it from either the browser or mobile app, it comes right back, and it does nothing when I click on it. Also, disabling notifications in settings only stops legitimate notifications, but this notification keeps popping up on the screen.

Anyone else encounter this bug and/or found a workaround until it's fixed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It's been 8 days now and I'm still getting the same message every few seconds while idle, and every time a page loads. It's insane that they won't fix this.

Is this really such a big problem that they can't fix it? I stopped logging in from the computer, but only from the phone. Thank God, there is no such problem on the phone.

Here to say that I am having the EXACT SAME ISSUE as the prior 80+ people in this thread.   Let's hope someone is working on this.

I've experienced the ongoing notification bug for the past 10 days and reported it to eBay twice with no resolution. From the 80+ posts here, it's clear many sellers are facing the same issue, with the notification pop-up making the site nearly unusable. I believe this could be a contributing factor to slower sales during this period. Sellers frustrated with the website may be posting fewer items, and buyers experiencing the same pop-up bug might be taking their business elsewhere.

It’s important for eBay to address this issue quickly, as it could be affecting both sellers and buyers across the platform.

Having the same issue here started today 14/09/24 come on eBay fix your broken systems we pay you enough money to have a stable site to use it has to be the most annoying bug ever.
