Notification Bug - Continuously Pops Up / Cannot be Deleted

Need some help with a bug I've encountered with notifications. I continuously get a notification that my counter offer was accepted, for an item that has now been sold, and cannot delete it or stop it from popping up, see attached picture below.

When I try deleting it from either the browser or mobile app, it comes right back, and it does nothing when I click on it. Also, disabling notifications in settings only stops legitimate notifications, but this notification keeps popping up on the screen.

Anyone else encounter this bug and/or found a workaround until it's fixed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes me too, sold item on the 4th and 6 days later still popping up. Freaking annoying!

Add another person to the list. "Counter offer was accepted" won't go away no matter what I do. I'm using Safari on Mac OS primarily but I also see it (and can't delete) on the iOS app.

Folks listen do not call Ebay about this issue. They already are aware of this problem. You are not the only one everyone who is having this issue. It is an Ebay glitch which needs to be fixed. Yes it has been 5 days since this started after another glitch was fixed previous. Should have it been fixed by now? Yes. However it isn't so we just have to wait. Yes it is annoying. Calling Ebay is a waste of time. You will just get the response that they are aware of it.

Don't lay this at the feet of the messengers who are dealing with the issue.  eBay is a "big-boy" company and our repeated complaints is not hurting them but also let's them know of the breadth of the issue.   This is a pain in my **bleep** as I keep having to move notifications out of the way to deal with urgent ebay business such as listings, shipments, offers, etc.

Ebay, get this fixed.  If you want to hire me for a day I can fix it for you.

Exactly. There's no excuse as to why this hasn't been remedied yet. Especially for a company as large as eBay.

Same issue here Still...this is beyond annoying. I sure hope this fix they promised is coming soon. I think it shouldn't have gone on this long. But, that's what happens with the patches, fix one problem, and it creates another.

It's happening to me too. I use Chrome browser and cleared history, cache, etc.  Updated notification settings in eBay - still happening. Driving me nuts!
