Notification Bell Is Acting Wonky

Is anyone else seeing their notification bell acting wonky this morning? Mine keeps showing one notification when there is nothing to be notified about.

OK, thanks! While I was listing this morning it kept illuminating and then going away. I kept hoping it was notifying me of a sale, or even a message, but no such luck 😒
