Notes to self vanishing again

A few months ago the text typed in "Notes to Self" was vanishing, then it was working again, and for the last few days the text has been vanishing again.

This seems like something easy get right: save the text to the database. If there is a problem report it to the user.

Perhaps a paper note book or a word doc with the item tittle and id number than any information you want to write down could serve as a hard copy for now.

Also having issues with adding a note. Try to change wording from previous entry does not take the change, Also unable to delete notes.

Has someone addressed your issue fro Tech dept?

No response from eBay, and notes still don't work reliably. I just tested and reloaded the page and my note didn't appear. Sometimes the notes appear later.
