Not receiving emails for saved searches subscriptions.

It has been over a month since I stopped receiving daily emails for save searches.  Is this functionality no longer working?  Would like to hear from someone from eBay.

Same problem! Last email I received was 2/3/2018

I called ebay about this.... Total waste of over an hour trying to make someone in Pakistan understand what I was talking about 😞

I really don't understand why this cannot be addressed. IMO, they are loosing sales and users.

Any updates on this issue, eBay?  Saved Searches generates significant sales for the platform.  This is frustrating.
