Not receiving email notifications from eBay

As of Thanksgiving day (11/24/2016), I am no longer receiving any email notifications from ebay regarding messages, sales, best offers, newly listed items, canceled listings, return requests... pretty much everything except for eBay's promotional offer emails.

I have checked all of the communications settings in my communication prefrences and nothing has changed.

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue and if this is, perhaps, just a glitch in eBay's system?

Did you try deleting your browsing history and cache? I called ebay and that's what they suggested

I try. My problem is, I can't complete saved drafts.

Yes - this has been a problem for a number of days and EBAY acknowledges they have an "IT problem"  .  I also noticed that all of my saved searches are gone - which is a big problem for me.  Anyone else see this?  I just reported it to EBAY this AM

I can receive messages on eBay but I'm not getting any notifications sent to my personal email address. However, I have noticed some serious lag when it comes to notifications popping up in the notifications pannel on eBay so I'll go ahead and clear the cache to see if it helps solve that part of the problem.

I assume the answer will be "No", but I'm going to ask it anyway: Did they happen to give you an ETA on when their "IT Problem" might be fixed?

i have been having the same problem for several months now. i have called several times, just keep getting told we will have technical service contact you. so far, no one has called me back and it is still messed up.  the only time i know if something has sold is when paypal sends me a message saying a received a payment.

EBAY seems to have resolved the email issues that I was having - it took them less that the 7 day maximum estimate.  So far things are working.

Did you ever figure out how to FIX this non-forwarding messages to outside email?

I lost a BIG SALE because ebay did not forward me the buyers offer to my outside email address.  Yet if I login to ebay and look at messages they are there and if I reply and check send me a copy I receive.  

So how do I FIX to I receive messages to my outside email (POP) from a buyer they send for a question or offer?  I do not have the time to be monitoring my ebay message via ebay.    

This is just not right.  I pay a listing fee and ebay does not send me the buyers questions and offer and I end up losing the sale...but ebay gets paid.  If this is not fixed I will have no choice but to contact my credit card company and complain about paying a listing fee but ebay is not completing their end of the deal.  

THIS STINKS.   Am I missing something.  Is there a setting that got changed.  Looked at setting but nothing about forwarding email address.  And since I receive every other email from ebay (invoices, listing confirms, listing ends and when I send an message and tag to send me a copy) it seems like my setting would be correct.  I also checked my junk and other folders on my pop side and nothing.

I had the same problem.  

It turned out to not be an eBay issue.

There were filters in my Gmail that were deleting eBay emails.

If you aren't getting eBay emails, you shoud check any filters in your email account.

Has anyone ever figured this problem out?  I get all ebay messages except return requests.  It is a pain to check daily for returns since they are rare.  This has been going on for 4 years or so.  I would like to get return notifications via email.  They do show up in ebay messages.  i've talked to ebay but they aren't any help on this one.

Same issue. No return/case notifications to emails, been like that several years. Now a new issue so no emails from ebay...

yes!  I have looked at thing even loaded my emails back by unsubscribing, resubscribing, i too lost them at thanksgiving

Did you call eBay and let them know? I haven’t received any emails since 11/26 and called them today. They said they are making note of it and will see if anyone else calls about it.

I have that problem too...I dont receive email notifications when I buy something,and when i tried to log in my account with my email and password,it says Oops, that's not a match...but in left corner says hi Danijel,what is my name,and when I enter my account settings,in my mail it is a mail what I never see in my life...I dont know what is going on...what to do?
