Not receiving Saved Search emails

I haven't received the automated emails for my "saved searches" for a couple of weeks now. I know this has happened in the past. Is anyone else having the issue.

Go to your saved search page and make sure subscribe is turned on.

yeah subscribed is on, I haven't changed nothing been working fine then a couple weeks ago just quit the emails

I am having same issue since 3/12. Twice  EBay’s chat support did not know what “saved search alerts” were. Last turned in a trouble ticket. Their messages went to My Messages but not to private email that has been in use on the site since 1986. Not going to junk mail either. Checked and email was still correct and all searches were shown as subscribed.

Well I found all my alert Emails they were in the spam box for what reason I do not know. Anyway I tagged them all as NOT SPAM. I am now getting the alerts in my regular email again.
