I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get a call back. I receive an email back saying they tried to call. I have never received a call back even though they say they’ve tried.
Any ideas??

If you are sure the number you have on file with eBay is correct, and not in another country or a VoIP number, your carrier may have blocked eBay's number as a spam number.

You can also try to contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

Thanks for those links Rebell45. My account has been locked and the phone service just puts me on hold for 2 hours till the call auto disconnects.
I'll try posting my problem in those social media links as well.
